Good afternoon,
I’m an air traffic controller and a student at Milan University.
I’m writing my bachelor thesis about fatigue management in Air Traffic Control. As a part of the thesis is about investigating fatigue, I was looking for valuable sources and I came across your webpage on the website sleepanddreams.com.
I’m wondering whether it’s still possible to have a copy of your book, “Guide to investigating sleep-related fatigue” in english.
Thank you very much for your kind answer.
Best regards from Italy.

Buona giornata,
The ATC world is a complex one where fatigue can play a role in accidents and incidents. I have done a lot of work with NavCanada….you have a challenging job!
Congrats on getting to the thesis stage of your Bachelor’s degree. It is a lot of hard work, but worth it in the end.
I wrote the fatigue investigation guide for the TSB which is part of our federal government a few years ago. Some of the references are a little old now, but the guide is still a respected document world-wide. A copy of it is linked below for you. If you have any questions about the fatigue investigation process, please do not hesitate to ask them.
Dormire bene e stare al sicuro,
Clint
